Grab is the leading super app in Southeast Asia, catering to a wide range of daily needs across eight countries within a single app. GrabMaps is Grab's groundbreaking location-based service, tailor-made for the region’s culture. Since 2023, I have been working alongside Futur2 to envision the future of GrabMaps and provide strategic foresight and UX consultation through themes such as crowdsourcing, AI, multimodal navigation, and more.

Babbel, the leading language learning app, is on a mission to help people connect through language— and is consequently growing with new tests, features, and experiences. In 2024, I was tasked with reviewing the information architecture and creating a foundational framework to unify the app's offerings into a cohesive model that empowers both users and internal teams towards the future vision.

As Head of Design & UX at Marley Spoon, I established, grew, and led the UX, Brand, and Video teams, uniting the digital and physical experiences of our two flagship brands, Marley Spoon and Dinnerly, across eight global markets through highly collaborative, research-driven practices. During my tenure, the team grew three-fold and successfully launched a mobile app refresh, helped with market expansion and the launch of several new products in our meal kits.

Marley Spoon is a multinational meal kit company that had delivered more than 27 million meals to customers in three continents and eight countries around the world over the past five years. When the company wanted to expand beyond its existing 20-recipe menu into highly personalised recipe recommendations using machine learning, I led the UX strategy for the strategic cornerstone of creating taste profiles that would lay the foundation for personalised menus as they exist today.

I worked closely with the Souk Berlin founders to shape the vision into a distinct visual identity.
